hello,
I just buy software and 20 credit was taken.I downloaded software and was asking for password and I was told password was 12345678 from server but password was not working.
I decided to go back from page and I cant find the special user/password and when I try to go there they tell me I have low balance to buy.
pPlease help me with my account and tell me password to software because one from server not working for me.

Actually the zip file password remain 12345678,
For credit issue, kindly post your dongle serial number only here for help...
