I get below error on windows 10.
But CM2SCR Module wont open even on windows 7/8.1.

How to resolve this issue ????

bro try to uninstall and reinstall connected mobile driver rda driver

This was a hardware issue from Mobile.
Recently I tried on other mobile and CM2SCR module working perfectly.

Maybe its not a hardware issue you can try on cm2rda for that phone i have done manyphones which gives an error on cm2scr
