I am using the logger (v0.18) I have never used SM soft to unlock

When I use SM to read log It freezes in :
Reading HWID....

is exynos calc working, more than 36 hours , still QUEUED. Was promised to customer same day unlock because before it was taking an 1 hour max

This means you should have credits at your account.
Another way - activate Infinity `SM` software for your dongle.
