sanyo s750 unlock erro - GSM-Forum

please am i doing somthing wrong sanyo cannot be unlocked,but i am using sharp gx30 cable,i changed cable and uesed nec e616 cable but i still get the same erro what shuold i do to unlock my sanyo s750.

hello!
1. sharp gx30 is right cable
2. check com port
3. phone must be powered on for procedures

i used com 1 i still get the same erro and when i use usb comport ,the same problem,i always make sure phone is on before i start process.help

mate can u try to unlock with any other tool some version of s750 still not supported may be ur cable problem
