Sc7731 how to restore phonebook backup

Pls need guide how to restore phonebook backup after format sc7731

Hello.
CM2 made few formats , one is csv ( or vcf v3 as well )- can be sync via Google Account.
Make new account in phone.
Login in it from PC - import phonebook to account.
Sync account again in phone.

This way is not require any managers and rest sw, drivers and etc.

There is exists separate tools, which made by years and they can handle that. I not have such timeframe and resources.
