I was recived an iphone i9+++ working fine but when you insert a sim it will blinking Because of that I was do a full format without do a back up now I have a phone with a white screen and no thing working, i was searching for a full flash but I didn't find in the support area, now I need a full working flash if it's possible, or if you can do any thing for the full flash of the phone after format this is the link:

all is fine but the phone didn't detect the second sim, it always show me Insert sim...
