secure boot problem plz solve infinity team.

one oppo handset come yesterday(model i not know- i tried to read info but not success)) and only pattern lock, i can't remove, i tried hard reset but not success, other boxes (i have no expectations from them) i tried but not success, i tried with cm2, read pattern but always show-

1. Power Off Phone , Remove battery , Insert back
2. Insert USB cable. In some cases require hold BootKey

i have only hope with infinity for these new security, if i get frp then i try with other method but in pattern i get no option in that handset, so infinity team(i know u better know about this) plz give some hope in this new security and give solution.
