operation: SP-unlock
Phone should be Switched ON !

error: can't activate test mode
If phone can not be connected after several tries make this:
1. Insert original sim card in phone
2. Power-On phone
3. go to Menu, press 6 then * and type password 123456
4. go to "Port Map", HKF
5. select "UART1"
error: operation failed
Finished, time used: 4 min 24 sec

Hello,
Removing User Lock Is Easy Just Connect Your Phone Via UART Or USB Cable And Rebuild

Uart= Rebuild/EfsNv
Usb= Usb Safe Rebuild

Here Is Solution

1)Use-RJ-45 cable Samsung E-210 .

2)Press in phone 47*869#123580

3)Go to (port map )HFK mode Select UART-2

4)Select model from list Device: Samsung-SCH-B209, B229, B309, B319, B619, B339FM

5)Go to Service Tab click Rebuild EFS/NV

6)Wait till operation done .

7) U can Unlock Set With Same Method

As B229 When Connected Through Usb Make Only Samsung Modem

[this is copy and pasted from another site, but is tested by me.]

without sim do this process

1. Dial [47*869#123580] Number On Standby Screen.

2. After Entry This Code A Menu Will Display.

3. Select Test Mode

4. Select Normal Mode

5. Enter this Number [079062] .
Note : We have to enter this number in two lines like 079
and other line 062

Wait About 15 Seconds

Then A Message Will Be Displayed Like Service Reset OK.

Now take the battery off

And insert your sim

Now see your phone is unlocked
