according to these infinity team are trying to tell users n "me too" that the update error or damage of smart cards are fault of users bcoz we all are using crack software that are damaging smart cards.

and also team tell me lier several times in these threads but see the blackmailing of these partners "WE(DAMAGE CARD HOLDERS)CANT UPDATE FUTURE UPDATES AS WELL AS WE CANT USE SOME IMPORTANT FUNCTIONS FROM OLD SOFTWARE SUCH AS IMEI REPAIR FUNCTION HERE IS PROOF BELOW"

I am sad to say, but you just show once again your (looks like near zero) educational level.
Also, you was too lazy and you did not tried to read FAQ that can be found on your own HDD:

Yes, I understand that it will be impossible for you to find files on your HDD, so here is an instruction for you:

1. Run Infinity-Box DongleManager: x:\Program Files\InfinityBox\DongleManager\DongleManager.exe
2. Press "Read dongle serial number (S/N)" button
3. Set "UK-Edition" option OFF (disabled) !

One question to you:

You have used Infinity-Box about 4 years.
You have got free updates from us 4 years, you have got free support from us 4 years.
Now your smart-card become damaged (by yourself), and you was able to buy new smart card just for 100 usd (with dhl delivery included).
Let's calculate: 100 usd - delivery (let it be f.e. 35$) = 65 usd.
65 usd/4 years = 16.25 usd per YEAR
And you want to make troubles for us just because for 16 usd per year ?
You have made 1000% profit with our box for 4 years usage.
And you even did not lost your box, just just lost future updates, but your current software works very well.
And now you tell me that I am cheater ?
And you want to kill me because we gave you FREE updates during 4 years and we did not ask you any penny for our work !

No more comments, you are really nice man !
Greedy people around, but it's a life, we can not solve this problem...

you know wht i am facing frm last three days?
damage smart card(cant use more),
have to invest more money without my fault(bcoz not using crack softwares)
so in frustration any one can do this
read all my posts in infinity section (always helping others)
read infinty support post regarding s500 data cable ect ect

so all is not my fault

infinity team i really thanks full to you for your tool but i m little depressed about your pinfinder first on all it only one on one infnity we cant sell it it activatod one time any serial it will work on that , second it detecton too slow comparision of other tool i just request you just make it standalon by any cable ya some thing else ya make its speed like spider ya something else ya give some more free in it lolz

i did buy infinity box since 1 year now,and guess what????
amazing support and always good replay to people who is
asking for help or more detail about update and software.
SO, PLEASE IM NOT GOING TO TEACH PEOPLE HOW TO ASK,
better if you do it soft and you keep it like that.
support team they cant arrange the problems of everybody
cause some ppl are juste misunderstanding and start to
blame support,(it happing to me one time with other box).
so before scaming,spaming and blaming juste take a rest and
think twice.
