Hello,

1. run Infinity-Box DongleManager: http://server1.infinity-box.biz/down...gleManager.rar
2. select "Infinity-Box" or "BEST Tool" or "CDMA Tool" (depends on your Box/Dongle type)
3. read Box/Dongle serial number (S/N)
4. send problem description and full text with Box/Dongle details to dongle@infinity-box.com

Please, do not send screenshot/pictures, just copy/paste text from DongleManager window to your message !

Hello,

This file already exist in installer. Problem may exist if you install software to different path, not the same as was selected during initial installation.
But you just copy card-configuration file in folder with EXE and problem will be solved.

yes, with 4.25 it may me small issue for some cards.
Please, follow this instruction:

1. download latest Smart-Card configuration file FSCard.ini
2. copy new Smart-Card configuration file FSCard.ini file in folder with software module
3. copy new Smart-Card configuration file FSCard.ini file in folder with "Shell"

i have problem MModule 4.24 and 4.25
version 4.13 worked.
Best worked.
Support worked.
