ok i try later,,,i cannot use my infinity because its say "dongle firmware is out of date!!!"maybe later it will be alright,

hello!

upgreat server and support area is located on different servers.
So, even if main support area is down- you still can access to support on other mirrors
also you can make dongle upgreat
