Sir,
when i try to go to main support area message receive

1. Information for all users: never share your dongle details (S/N, support area login, password etc.) with anyone !
In case of public sharing of your dongle details and/or files from support area (as well as unproper files usage) your account to support area may be suspended and dongle may be blocked !
2. All files in support area is virus free. If you see false virus alert with files downloaded from support area you can check files with online virus scanners to be sure that your PC is not infected:
- Kaspersky online virus scan
- Virustotal
3. Latest DongleManager is here
4. If you want to visit support area you must click to link below

Infinity team ,
Please verify if my account is blocked i am trying to login after a week before it was good today i can't go to Main support area
and Mirror 2 but
Mirror 1 working fine
need some words about this from Team

hi see no one came back with awnser like i am haveing same problem have followed the instructions but still cant get to support site
i get same result as you and have not had problem befor now

Hello,

We have checked all servers, no any problems was found.
I think that problem may be a result of heavy server load in some time. Please, try to login in support area again.
Do you see the same error message again ?

yes yesterday i got same problem but after 3 to 4 time try main server was open and i download flash file

problum solved how i don't know but now i am able to access the main server

this problem i see in only main support server.other server work fine and i download files from mirror 1.
