Server reported error:[0031] Dongle identification data damaged.


So I made the mistake of trying to activate my InfinityBox with a firewall activated. The license became corrupt and now even after many uninstalls and system restores I can't even get those corrupt license files to regenerate. I sent this as an email, but this is urgent. It was a Christmas/birthday gift from relatives and a hefty investment on their part. All this research and I forget something simple like firewall approval and now I can't activate this infinity box plus service. Did so many googles and no solutions. Can someone please help?
