1. Check and clean your PC for viruses
2. Download and install latest Infinity software from support area.
3. Find in folder with CM2 or [BEST] software file fault.bin and attach this file to your e-mail (if you do not have this file - do not attach it to e-mail)
4. Contact to [email protected] and confirm that operations 1. + 2. + 3. done (include in your e-mail information about your Box/Dongle S/N)
6. Wait special instruction from support !



ALL instruction tried but same result pls solved my boxx

but Other CM2 Key aor infinity box 100% ok working
