i have 2 SFG75 for unlock,one works fine ,second give me this:

COM16 selected
Device: BenQ-Siemens S82
Checking data, wait...
Action: Unlock
Connect...
Connect Done
Read phone info...
Software version:

Verify access...
Verify access Done

Remove/Install battery now !

possibil blocked counter

Any sugestion infinity team???
it"s urgent for me and for my client

I don't understand what is the problem. Software read code, just enter it when phone ask code.
