SFR 341 TOUCH SCREEN PROBLEM TRY WITH CHINES MIRACEL BUT NOTHING

How to calibrate touchscreen:
- for this operation you need to have full flash backup from phone
- if you have full flash backup already press "Yes", select full flash file and follow instructions given by software

Hello,

1. make full flash backup for emergency case
2. make "format ffs" in complete mode
3. power-on phone
4. power-off phone
5. make calibration procedure again and press and HOLD phone Power button for a long time

Hi team this set is come with dead conditon n i already format with complete mode n after this set on at calibration mode i try to again this but nothing

Hello,
Are you sure that touchscreen is damaged and it's impossible to calibrate it by ordinary way ?

Also, you can try to flash phone with other flash files (select newer one), probably this may helps.
If phone still can not enter in test mode after flashing it may be some kind of hardware problem (I am not sure but it may be so).

Hi team i 100% think this is a softwear problem bcoz there is no option its own soft
i try at chines miracel n he give error
so plz make this soultion in his own module

Hello,

If it's impossible to connect phone with test-mode (that is required for calibration) it may be a problem with hardware but not with software.

You told that set comes to you in dead condition.
Ask your customer first - why it become dead ?

hi team which set comes with touch screen comes to softwear conditon like restart with sim then v need to formate it
after sucessful formate set is alive with touch screen calibration n v do touch screen manully
so try with ok calibration set n tell me about this
