we have a great problem of unlock these models.
new ufone t156 and zong a316g unlock .
y infinity can not unlock these phones.
we need its support.

if you got any new mobile in hand and there is no support(not a single box can do unlock it ) for that mobile , then how much time will you give to your customer ?

Use "sp-unlock #2" button from software "Service" page.
Please, try to make unlock, let's see results.
If you will see at end of log text like this:
verification result: ...
verification result: ...
verification result: ...
verification result: ...
verification result: ...
and if phone will be not unlocked after first try, do not try to unlock phone again !
Please, send information about unlock result, operation log and full text from phone back label to [email protected]
