Just power-on p[hone w/o sim card and make calibration manually (click to LCD corners)

What is "same" problem and why you can not calibrate that phone ?

the problem phone ask inser sim and sim its in the phone and isee ignale normaly in the phone so i format the phone tnen i can celib the phone withe sim or without sim sam problem

What you see at phone LCD after power-on ?

If phone has touchscreen only and if touchscreen can not be calibrated by ordinary way - it may be a result of damaged touchscreen panel.
