shell can't start - GSM-Forum

hello, I can't start shell, when I launch program nothing happend ( in task manager at processes program apear ) . I reinstall all software , update for shell but same problem, i think some incompatibility with other sw..but nothing special on my pc(jaf, mt-box, smartmoto and so on)..can u give a hint?

solved...with restart

but u will face problem again.........bcz of virus in ur pc.............
