plz tell me how slove this problem

if use f-secure i cant run sell ( shell dont work )
if i uninstall f-secure
sell run and work very good

You can contact to f-secure support and tell them that you have found a bug in their software, let they fix it.
Also you can try to add Shell exclusion list (if f-secire has this option).
