Dongle Can`t be found! - GSM-Forum

Hi support,

Have problem whit my box if i conect i got this error:

Dongle Can`t be found.
Error when establishing context.
Smart Card API Error #801001D
The smart card resource manager is not runing.

What means that?

what's a dongle sir and its use?

may i ask for some history?
have you used infinity software before and after which event it stoped to work?

Yes i have used.I found the problem.After last cyklone box update Infinyti,Z3x and Ustpor stop to work on the same laptop,after i removed Cyklone all things fine now.
