hang restart , sometimes too slowly

flash, formatt, reball cpu all done but no result

as per InfiniitySupport advice JUST CHANGE QUARTZ ( CRYSTAL )

ALL PROBLEM SOLVE

hello Mr Chandreshswami .......if you repair it then why are you not able to mention the location of QUARTZ ( CRYSTAL )??
