my sigmatel s90 file type is BOYWAVE25_GEMINI_PCB01_GPRS_MT6225_S00.S90_TS70_MP _VO19.BIN
plz upload this file ite very urzent

hello!

must be very rare or new firmware.
unfortunately we dont have it in our collection.
you can try to search for same working phone on local market.
read out full backup and use it for flashing your faulty phone.
also i can convert to infinity format BIN file, if you find it.

by the way, did you try to solve your problem without flashing, just by format FFS/IMEI restoring?
