i use pinout in shell.exe not work for sl500 unlock
2=rx
9=tx
10=gnd
after hold power nothing do?

i already try both; not work at all. had to return customer phone while waiting for good pinout

Pinouts is good and tested by many users many times.
Next time when you will have this phone just check where is Gnd pin on phone connector and you will be able to build cable by attached schematic.

What head fits this SL500 please as i need to make a cable but not sure what connector will fit it

As you can see by attached pinout connector is 7 pins in 2 rows.
