it gives error and now i lost 4 credits

before 6 and after 2
and mobile also still locked
please refund my credits

You are not olny ho lose credit ,I also lose credits , program stoped working and phone not unlocked and credit gonee...

there was an issue with server. problem is fixed ., you can unlock your phone again and you wont be charged

yes ok issue with server fixed . but to some customer you can tel to wait , but some not.

another question ? if client eated credits on last credits ? can I try to unlock same phone if on user ther is no credit?

Yes , we can't hold customer till sever up,, there is many other ways to unlock so please restore credits

I can send you my username , but I not ios user , I byed credit for dtclient , but from local reseler . but write here because on oficiel web no mail for support ...
