sm module not working

my sm module not working even upgrade card and buy activation
it is still greyed
how to fix it

Hello,
what is your dongle serial no?
Can you open latest SM module?
If you can open latest version of SM module it means activation is complete and working.
About greyed option it will be highlighted once phone is connected either in adb or download mode.

`SM` software activated well for this dongle.
What is the problem with software exactly ?

Options which are greyed out will be highlighted when you will connect phone in adb mode. In download mode only reset frp download mode and flash will be highlighted.
