Member: 1043909 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 60,926 | Smart-Card/Dongle/Box update Problems and Solutions If you have a problem with your Box/Dongle Smart-Card - post here DongleManager error text. - Please copy/paste ONLY TEXT but not pictures and/or video ! - Please remove Online Service Passoword from your message ! - Please do not update your Smart-Card many times because you can damage Smart-Card permanently ! - Please update Smart-Card ONLY ONE TIME otherwise server can lock your account for 24 or more hours for security reason If you have Card-Reader Type FT SCR2000 you should update Card-Reader Drivers: - File with Drivers: CardReader_Fetian_FT2K.7z - File with Instruction: Infinity-Box_How_to_update_FT_SCR2000_CardReader_drivers.pd f - Download files here Also you can insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader.
