Install required Card-Reader Drivers: - File with Drivers: CardReader_Fetian_FT2K.7z - File with Instruction: Infinity-Box_How_to_update_FT_SCR2000_CardReader_drivers.pd f Drivers version after installation should be 2.5.6.0823 or 2.5.9.1202 Download files - http://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=6 OR 1. Insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader (good result for today is with Alcor Card-Reader) The next steps are: 2. Run DongleManager 3. Update Dongle firmware - DO NOT update Smart-Card many times otherwise your account will be locked automatically after 3 tries for 24 hours - DO NOT use any kind of usb sharing/trace/spy/debug software to avoid problem with Dongle ! |

You are product supporter and you should understand that "same error" is a reply of potatoe traders. Just compare first received operation log text and second (and next) attempts and you will see that product supporter should never use words like "same error". for your kind information - to avoid card damage server do not allow update card many times. if update fail first time server do not allow make more and more tries to prevent users with their attempts to kill card. now use alcor reader and update card. what is the result ? and I am sure in future you, as product supporter, can help to other users with explanation about server functionality.
