I suggest you never update dongle without approval otherwise YOU will KILL your dongle.

Today i renew my support. I try to update my dongle, but it stop during update.

You can do: undelete your dongle identification data in your post

I didnt delete anything from log. My dongle SN: AD78A691 Im afraid of my smartcard was ruined. If i try to read serial number i got this:

use Alcor reader and update card ONLY ONE TIME otherwise you will kill it
