What to do:

1. Install required Card-Reader Drivers:
- File with Drivers: CardReader_Fetian_FT2K.7z
- File with Instruction: Infinity-Box_How_to_update_FT_SCR2000_CardReader_drivers.pd f
Drivers version after installation should be 2.5.6.0823 or 2.5.9.1202
Download files - http://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=6

Also you can insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader.

2. Run DongleManager
3. Update Dongle firmware now ONLY ONE TIME

- DO NOT update Smart-Card many times otherwise your account will be locked automatically after 3 tries
- DO NOT use any kind of usb sharing/trace/spy/debug software to avoid problem with Dongle !

cant open the latest cm2 setup i just updated the dongle it tells me its up to date and i cant open my cm2 still

What is your Support Validity Date ?
How to check - http://www.infinity-box.com/doc.php?id=17

If you have active support - run DongleManager software and update Box/Dongle firmware.
If support is not active - please contact to any seller and renew support.

hello tram having problem with my cm2 dongle in today morning after download new update qualcomm dongle need firmware update i download latest exe dongle manager & update firmware normal i do this may time but i get error in update hear is logs

now not show in dongle manger for update

You Need To Update Card Firmware - "v.0135" Then It Will Work.
