Smart-Card/Dongle/Box update problems and solutions

It is the other card,the first one you help me to solve it,and that one is ok now.I have two cards.

Hello,

To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use "Realterm" at the same time with Infinity software.

What to do now:

1. Install required Card-Reader Drivers:
- File with Drivers: CardReader_Fetian_FT2K.7z
- File with Instruction: Infinity-Box_How_to_update_FT_SCR2000_CardReader_drivers.pd f
Drivers version after installation should be 2.5.6.0823 or 2.5.9.1202
Download files - https://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=6

1. Insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader (good result for today is with Alcor Card-Reader)

The next steps are:

- Run DongleManager
- Update Dongle firmware

- Delete fault.bin file from software folder (if you have it there)
- Install latest Infinity software updates
- Run DongleManager
- Update Dongle firmware

Sir, I am also embroidery designer and use wilcom e2 crack. New update e4 is available during update a debugging process accrued. I was flashing qmobile . suddenly a message came from infinity that debugger detect , I stopped everything even e2 and uninstalled. But cm2 stopped format process and mobile dead. After that i searched forum there was a solution to delete fault.bin i deleted this but nothing. This is all things yesterday happened.
