hello sir i have infinity box when i connect it this error appear i attach the picture.plz give me solution of this error.i check another computer this box works perfect.

Clean your SmartCARD pads and sim tray connectors.If nothing happens try Smart card in cruiser card reader.

bro baldev i describe that"box work perfect on another computer"only problem appear in my pc.and drivers installed correctly.

According to your attached picture I can say only one: box is not connected to PC.
Double check USB cable from box to PC, check PC USB voltage. double check that drivers installed correctly: http://www.infinity-box.biz/index.php?id=support
