smart-card miscofinguration! Contact to support!..... HELP...


i'm trying to update firmware to dongle manager... but it says..

Dongle identification data damaged


PLEASE HELP ME.....

Hello,

To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use "snoopy flashtool" at the same time with Infinity software.

What to do now:
- Delete fault.bin file from software folder (if you have it there)
- Install latest Infinity software updates
- Run DongleManager
- Update Dongle firmware
