hi brother
yesterday evening my SMART CARD WORKED but
today morning when i opened infinty software
this ERROR "Dongle not found! connect Dongle and restart software"
i did changed all ports but still same problem how can i solved this problem please help me INFINITY

Hello,

if you have another boxes with smart-card you can try to remove Infinity-Box smart-card from Infinity-Box, insert card into another box and see results.
Don't forget to talk with your reseller before this operation to avoid problems !

and try again
or connect infinity box 5 minute, after reconnect and try

brother i did check smart card with seetool dongle but
still same problem

Hello,

I have checked your dongle S/N.
What to do:
1. clean card contacts
2. double check you PC
3. try to remember what was happened with your smart-card before it stopped to work

if nothing helps you will need to buy new smart-cards due to if nothing helps this means that your card become damaged (by reason that can be found only by you).
Your card can not be replaced by any kind of warranty due to your smart card was registered and used during quite long time already.
