Smart-Card update process changes


Dear Friends,

If you have this kind of error during Smart-Card (Box/Dongle firmware) update:



Solution: use DongleManager v1.55 (or newer) in future if you need update Smart-Card firmware.

I think your box is damaged. Anyway, try ONE TIME now.
Post here FIRST text that you have seen during Box update.

Sir But Why Error iam An OlD user of Infinity And always follow support rules Its mean In FUTURE we Face same problems in our Best Dongles Also? Please Check Where is actual Problem i Also send a mail to your support but after 24hrs there is no Answer Why Infinity Team on other Hand We all satsfied With your Quick Response in Past

It is quite rare situation and we are sure that it is not an Infinity-Box fault !
This smart-card can not be replaced for free !
This kind of problem is not an Infinity-Box fault, it is a result of harmful activity of other software !

Here is one of possible damage reasons:

- If you have any addon software activated for your damaged Infinity-Box smart-card and
if you have another Infinity-Box we can move addon activation to your other Infinity-Box
(move activation from one smart-card to another smart-card).
- If you see this errors at addon activation stage: you can activate your addon for
another Infinity-Box or you can contact to your reseller for refund.

i bought one year support but i cant update dongle. what does this error means?

Hello,
Normally you don't need to update your dongle/smart card until you have renewed/purchased/activated some other software/service. Your log shows already your dongle is up-to-date date and has latest firmware.

And never post your dongle serial no and HWID on public forums.
