SmartCard API error #00000002
 

Hi,

I bought the box, and trying to use it.

I installed the drivers, and I have all the e-gate needed drivers installed in the computer manager.

When I am running the dongleManager, and tring to register it, I get this message:
Dongle Manager [Infinity Box] v1.32
Dongle can't be found:
Error when establishing context !
SmartCard API error #00000002
The system cannot find the file specified.

Any ideas?

Hi,
Reboot PC and try to install drivers once again.
Double check that you really have "e-gate smart-card" device in Device Manager after you connect box to PC.
