I'm trying to use Infinity at new computer and facing some problems:

You think that this problem is because of incorrectly installed drivers?

Be sure thatother Infinity-Box software are closed when you try to access support area.

Can you run any other Infinity-Box software ?

I believe that I can't run programs as this software is protected with smart card...

I have just Smart Card and when I'm trying to log in to support area in order to download Software and flash files, it gives me this strange error

Quote:

Dongle can't be found
Card with specified AID not found !
SmartCard API error #00000000
The operation completed successfully.

I've used this card before and everything was fine till now...

Hello,

As I can see from your log you don't have Infinity-Box smart-card connected.
Are you sure that you have used Infinity-Box smart-card before ?
What is your Infinity-Box S/N ?

Yes, I agree. No boxes = no problems, many boxes = many problems.

I've just inserted usb-smart cart from se-tool into Infinity dongle as I have two cards and only one dongle

This was my mistake, thanks for good support.
