There is nothings strange.
HTC uses temp-secure boot ,. which can be overtaken by using "Bootrom" mode.
One warn - YOU CAN'T WRITE FW to them.

Next time - mention model. It save time during checking some things.

my question is do we have to press boot key to working with this kind of "temp-secure boot"?

in my case volume keys work

model is htc d20ys
