Hello,

Did you tested phone before unlock ?

You need to make this: write repair eeprm files and make "Repair" operation.
Test phone after each eeprom file/repair.

As I can understand phone can power-on with sim card well, no any problems like "Unauthorized".
The only problem is: phone has no network.
Is it correct ?

Hello,

Try to use different flash fioles from support area. Probably need to use different eeprom files, but it's only after you will try different firmware.
