How to get new model supported

Question: I have new phone model and I want to see this model supported by Infinity-Box. What to do ?

Answer:
1. open phone, find CPU chip and Flash chip
2. send e-mail to [email protected] with the next info:
2.1. CPU chip name
2.2. Flash chip name
2.3. phone bottom connector type (photo, if available)
2.4. Gnd, Charge, +Battery pins location on phone connector
2.5. full text from phone back label (label under battery)
2.6. phone photo (or link to phone photo)
2.7. is it sp-locked or simfree phone
2.8. is it exist original data/com/usb cable in phone package
2.9. is it exist CD with original drivers in phone package
2.10. estimated phone price
2.11. any additional information
We will check your information and will tell you is it possible to make support for this model or not.

hi infinity team thanx 4 quick response. the spice s-545 same like s-404. cpu of both phone is same. rx, tx & gnd test point is same. this is ur anwser with pictures

1. The CPU chip name is:- MT6205BA, 0714-ENSL, AJ2AY. Same as Spice S-404.
2.2. Flash chip name
2. The Flash chip name is:- CYK256K16M, CBU-70BVXI, PHI 0701, B 08, CYP604402.
2.3. phone bottom connector type (photo, if available)
3. Phone bottom connector type is same like Spice S-404 . Photo attached in email.
2.4. Gnd, Charge, +Battery pins location on phone connector

Please, use Spice-S404 cable, select model S404 and read flash. Please, send flash backup to [email protected] and we will see what to do.

SPICE S-545 CANT READ ON SPICE S404 CABLE AND ON select model S404

Please, try to swap rx <-> tx wires and try to read flash again.

Hello,

If phone can't boot you need to double check your cable (maybe it's need to swap Rx <-> Tx wires) and double check COM port selection.
