How to Unlock J100a

I have J100a i use cable K750 and infininy box chose j100 >> press SP Unlock but phone not connet pc :

COM15 selected
Action: unlock
Device: SE J100
Checking data, wait...
Connect...
Press and HOLD Power button...
connection mode: 00

Everybody Unlocking J100a pls help me solution.

what type is your K750 cable?
RJ45 cable or standalone com port cable?

Use The Cable With the Nbox And direct com, after you change the port in the infinty options and done.

You can use any cable that has Rx/Tx/Gnd as a result wires.

Thanks now I'm connecting with J100 cable and when box is connected and press sp-unlock button it give me "Press and hold power button" and it says "connection mode:00" and box doesn't reconginse the phone. pls advice

Double check your cable, be sure that you have selected correct COM port.

I cannot figure it out whether my box is damage or some thing else here is the procedure what I'm doing

* Box is Connected on correct port and showing me serial number of the box it mean box is connected.
* Toggle switch is kept on F-bus
* Selected J100 from drop down and cable used is J100.
* After pressing sp-unlock "Press and hold power switch"

and computer is not recognizing the phone I really don't know what to do pls advice.

I'm using J100 cable RJ-45 and comport is set automatic and its showing me serial number of the box also it means comport is correct.

Hello,

If you can't get phone connected to software there is only one reason: bad cable.
Please, run Infinity-Box Shell, select J100 model and see correct cable/pinout information.
Double check that your cable is correct (check where is Rx/Tx/Gnd wires) and when you will fix your cable you will be able to unlock phone in several seconds.
