4. wrong model selection, try 'NAND' selection

i do restore backup flash file
but i got this error massage
[data error]
Loading failed, probably damaged data file.

if flash chip damage ?
then why software make backup file ?

te 01-30-2008 16:38

Just look in log:

initially flash chip was detected correctly:
flash: 89:880F:00010001 : 89:880F:00000000 (it's correct Intel chip flash-id)

After some time flash chip detection is failed:
flash: 80008000800080:89888F00000000 (first line is not so good)
flash: 92009200920092:89888F00000000

what to do:
charge phone batter completely (use another phone or expernal charger)
repeat flash process several times and see results.

if phone was buggy (hang) there is a chance that it was problems with hardware (f.e. flash chip soldered not good or damaged).

try to flash phone several times and post more logs here so it will be possible to understand what is the real reason of problem.
one more advice: rehot (or reball) flash chip.
