strange problem in OBEE PHONE please help.....?

this phone came to me with one language <arbic> after flash it with file from support content many language became with english only
here the flash file i used

how did you picked flash file? by model or by software version?
what languages do you see in menu?

by software and all above languages apear in menu so flash file is fine.

ok ... after flash with any flash file in fone menu there is one language apear just english .other language is hidden this is my problem i can't choose any of other language . and what i said in last threat is wrong sorry for that.
