Strange Problem With W220


Hello infinity Support and Users.

I have just flashed a W220. It flashes fine but at the end,when i try to power it on, it just shows " Pack Error " on the display.

What is wrong with the phone?

Please see log below and advise.

Hi,

you must write main + lp + flex + images + melody files the same version.
pls read: D:\Program Files\InfinityBox\Documentation\Infinity-Box_FlashFilesDescription.htm

Thanks alot.

I realised my Mistake and reflashed the phone.
It powers on properly though this time it says " Unauthorised phone".

What do you think is wrong now?

Hi,

possible ways:
1. flash other files set, new firmware version
2. make "repair unauthorized" procedure from "service" page
