Member: 194207 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1602647 Thanks Meter: 167 | strange problem when i try to upate infinity i face a strange problem when i try to update my infinity box this the log when i try ----------Process started:9:17:58 PM---------- Locating server... Server#1 address found. Connecting to server#1... Server connection successfully established. S/N: ???????, Firmware: 010F.02 Authenticating on server... Authentication successful. Checking DongleManager version... Version check error: Error: Your DongleManager version is expired! Please download new DongleManager from support area and start upgrade again. by the way i was using version 1.20 then i try version 1.21 then the latest version 1.24 & all the same problem i send a mail to support & they replay me to send my serial number so i sent it with that log file but they didn't answer me until now so i post it here cause many members of support will see it & may be one of them will help me thanks but please quickly cause of my work i have many phones mony_valley Last edited by mony_valley; 09-07-2008 at 20:31. |
