Infinity not loading flash files


I have tried to flash Alcatel S520 and Lg Ke970.But unfortunately there is always an error while loading the flaSH files.
Is there a solution to this error

Hello,

What is the error exactly ?

Are you sure that you have used latest updates from support area ?
Some newest files can be readed with new updates only.

I flash many times S520 and KE970 and all OK !! Always use last Infinity updates!!

Hello,

Yes, it's latest MModule.
If you still can not use files from support area with latest MModule you need to download files again due to probaly it's a problem with files downloading.
