Member: 191048 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | Help me Please.. Very Urgent My infinity LED (RX and TX) always Blinking, and comp-ports not detect... Smartcard and egate 1,2,3 detection but ports-com in pc not detection.. why..????? |

Member: 191048 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | no detection in ports-com, and no new hardware connection in device manager, but e-gate USB smart cards, e-gate Vituals reader Enumerators and Smart Card Readers is ready.. Why it this...? This infinity box LED (RX=Red TX=Yellow) always light.... I'm confuse this box... help me...  Then... i'm suggestion to uninstall e-gate smart cars and FTDI, and install againt, but not answering my problem.... help me master.... |

Member: 191048 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | i don't know, the end this box use for flashing beyond b555, succes flashing, then this box update via support site and succes, when 3th yesterday box blinking..... then i'm reinstall pc and infinity box, problem not solved... i'm confuse........ why me make it......  help me...... |

Member: 130995 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 35,227 | Hello, For now you can use any other cable instead of your Infinity-Box unibox. You need to open box and check that no components is damaged, check is all components is soldered well. If still no luck it may be that you need to replace FTDI chip in box. |
