Can you create a tool that could change the universal firwmware to infinity bin file for MTK CPU based?

I've only use the language pack editor to do it

but what about for those who have not activation?

Hello,

For now we have some reasons do not release this kind of software.
If you have flash files in BIN format - just send it to [email protected] and we will check your files carefully and then files will be uploaded in support area for all users.
