hi everybody

i have change a new ft232 & new 93c46 ic after destroyed usb--Com now my box its in good health not problem i can enter in support with shell i can also runing all softs phones models but my usb---com still not working dead
whats happend i dont know if need to program atmel 93c46 with hex
i'am lost :confused::confused::confused:

You can completely erase eeprom or program it with this files: \software\utilities\unibox
You need to use MProg software: http://ftdichip.com/Resources/Utilities.htm

i have download the last version of mtprog but this software will not recognize anything as for programming pheripherique
means 0 devices

To use MPRog you need to install FT82xx drivers instead of VCP drivers.
You can find FT82xx drivers at MProg page.

i'am confused can help plz i c'ant find any ft82xx in this link where is it exactliy to download ????

Now run MProg and try to erase or program eeprom.

Are you sure that VCP drivers was uninstalled and D2xx drivers was installed well ?
Do you see any new USB device (USB device like FT82xx) in PC Device Manager after you have connected box to PC ?

Uninstall FTDI drivers: C:\Windows\system32\ftdiunin.exe

can you confirm in in attached pictures i have uninstall vcp drivers but how to install d2xx drivers nothing happend auto install i think will to force installation if yes how i can do ????

As I can see VCP drivers was uninstalled but D2XX drivers was not installed.

Do you see any request to install drivers when you connect box to PC ?
If PC do not ask you to install drivers it may be a result of damaged box hardware. Also it may be a result of incorrect FT232 chip installation, please double check that you have installed into box exactly the same FT232 chip like was installed before. FT232 chip may have different letters after "FT232" name.

yes right i found my new chip ft232(BL) & original its ft232(BM) i think its not same how do tou think???

I think it may be problem reason. You can check what is the chip difference at ftdichips.com web site, I think it's possible to get PDF files with detailed descripion of each chip there.

according datasheet is the same I think the problem is in the chip maybe it's destroyed

Required MPROG for ft232BL. Mprog 3.5 doesnt support this chip.
