support area problem - GSM-Forum

hi infinity team please i need to ask is there a problem with infinity support, because my dongles nokia and infinty is active ( Registered: 27-Jun-2018; Expired: 27-Jun-2019; Support: Active).. and i can go to support area but when i press any of the mirror button it is just loading .....is there update for support area........thanks in advance

Hello,
Check your Pc/firewall etc... Problem could be on your side or try check using another pc.
Results ?

Hello,
All 12 Mirrors (3 for each product) are working fine.
Check your firewall and try to login to support area again.

hi thanks for interseting , i still have the problem, i turn off firwall and antivirus, but problem still show as in picture just loading

hi infinity team, now i can enter support and give note -
This website has been reported as unsafe - this on internet explorer and make it as a trust site can log to mirror...problem in google connection, any way thanks and i am now in......best regard for all support bro.
